DIY Chamomile Toner Mist

Chamomile has natural anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, making it a gentle go-to for calming red, irritated, or itchy skin—especially during spring flare-ups. It's like a soft whisper for skin that's feeling loud.

Ingredients:

1 TBSP dried chamomile
1/2 cup hot water
Spray bottle
Strainer
Unbleached cotton muslin

Directions:

  1. Steep the dried chamomile in ½ cup hot water
  2. Let cool, strain, pour into a spray bottle
  3. Optional: Add a splash of rosewater or witch hazel (alcohol-free!)

Keep in the fridge for 3–5 days. Spritz morning and night—or anytime your skin is acting up.
