- Submerge one unopened tea sachet and swirl it gently. Squeeze to help the salts dissolve.
- Set the mood — tub pillow, candles, soft music. You're not rushing.

- When done, empty the sachet contents into the trash. Wash and reuse the tea bag — or compost it.
- Pat dry and follow with your favorite body oil or butter while your skin is still warm.
