2. Fill your tub with warm water.
3. Submerge one unopened tea sachet in warm bath water.
4. Swirl it around and squeeze it in the water to dissolve the bath salt.
5. Gather your tub pillow, candles, and soft music.
6. Intentionally soak for 10-15 minutes.
7. When done, empty contents of tea bag in trash.
8. Wash and reuse tea bag or compost tea bag.
